All is now set for the final showdown among Nollywood actor Emeka Ike, Ghetto Soldier Daddy Showkey and R&B Star Dare Art Alade, the last three celebrities remaining in the maiden edition of Nigeria's Gulder Ultimate Search: Celebrity Showdown, the popular reality television show.

The show, which ends tomorrow evening at a glittering ceremony holding at the La Campagne Tropicana Resort, Epe, Lagos, Nigeria will have one of the three celebrities becoming the 'Ultimate Celebrity' and exchange the ultimate diadem -Golden Goblet for an undisclosed sum of money.

We learnt that the last three celebrities in the race -out of 10 that started the celebrity showdown- are high on their confidence as to be the one that will discover the ultimate diadem hidden in the jungle close to the Atlantic Ocean.

Other celebrities that were in the jungle are celebrated Fuji Musician, Abass Akande Obesere, Actor Bob-Manuel Udokwu, female rapper Weird MC, Singer Muma Gee, Actresses Funke Akindele and Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha and Comedienne Princess.

Living up to the earlier promise, for 11 weeks, millions of television viewers in Nigeria and across Africa and beyond have been treated to exciting moment week after week as their favourite celebrities went through the rigour of a reality contest at a harsh location. They were denied the five-star treatment they are used to and made to go through difficult tasks in the treacherous terrain.

First to be evicted from the competition, anchored by Nigeria' screen diva, Genevieve Nnaji, was Funke Akindele, followed by Bob- Manauel Udokwu. Next was the duo of Muma Gee and Chioma Apotha, who were booted out of the race same day, and then Abass Obesere and Princess followed suit.

The last female standing in the celebrity showdown was Weird MC who was evicted two weeks ago after squaring it up with the last three men in the final race.

For the past couple of weeks, viewers have been enthusiastically involved in the debate as to who will carry the day, but in less than 24 hours from now, the first ultimate celebrity will emerge. Who will it be?
