Popular actor and chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Lagos State chapter, Ernest Obi, has finally found his missing rib in Evi Oki, his heartthrob.

The actor, who had been labelled as one of the eligible bachelors in Nollywood, has concluded plans to tie the nuptial knot with the lady he said has been after his heart for some years.

The traditional wedding is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 30 May, somewhere around Ojo/Alaba area of Lagos, while the major event will come up in August.

In a phone chat with NFC yesterday, the elated Ernest said it would be exciting to walk down the aisle with Evi after seven years of courtship.

“It is very exciting because we have been together for seven years. What we are doing now is just making it official,” Ernest noted.

Ernest further stated that “she understands me very well and she doesn't judge me, though she knows that I'm not perfect… she is my guardian angel. She is positively stubborn and I'm stubborn too. Another unique thing about her is that she is not bothered if I'm an actor or not.”
