Love And Marriage Are Not Scams – Emeka Ike Tells Ladies
Nollywood actor Emeka Ike has shared words of advice for ladies on love and marriage, urging them not to view these institutions as scams.
Speaking in a recent interview with BBC News Pidgin, he explained that the real problem lies with people who enter relationships purely for selfish and financial gains.
Ike stated that love is the foundation and pillar of every good relationship, and relationships are meant to succeed. He also warned Nigerian girls not to listen to women whose marriages have failed, noting that such voices are often loud online. He advised them not to take that negativity into their own homes.
He said:
"Love and marriage no be scam. But e get people wey dey hungry wey dey use relationship as meal ticket. Dat na where e become scam.
Relationship suppose to dey succeed. Love na the foundation and pillar of every good relationship.
Make Nigeria girls cool down. No dey listen to those women wey their marriage don scatter o, na them full online. No take that one go meet your husband for house."
