Controversial Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has voiced his frustration over his current relationship status, lamenting that he is still single in his 50s.

The Akpi crooner made this known in a recent video broadcast, where he opened up about his desire for a family.

Speed Darlington revealed that he is close to 60 with no wife or child, questioning if that is how he is going to live his life. He stated that all he has to show for his efforts so far is his American papers, but he wants more out of life, including family, freedom, and respect.

He said:
"I am close to 60 with no wife or child. Is this how I am going to live my life? All I have to show is American papers. I want more than American papers out of life.

"I want family, freedom and respect."
