Nigerian singer and songwriter Simisola Kosoko, professionally known as Simi, is celebrating her daughter, Deja, as she turns 6.

In a recent post on her Instagram story, Simi expressed surprise over her daughter's new age. Describing her as "my love," Simi promised to die for her, live for her, light the world up for her, and burn it down.

Making a promise to her, she affirmed that Deja will never have any reason to doubt her love for her due to the extent, while affirming her love for her.

She wrote:
"I can’t believe I have a 6-year-old. My love, oh gosh, I love you. I would die for you, I will live for you, light the world up for you, burn it down for you.

You will never have to doubt my love for you, because it will always be the brightest, strongest, deepest, most unconditional love anyone in the universe will ever have for you.

I love you, my little Boogie. You mean everything to me, my little bestie.
