Nigerian gospel singer Judith Kanayo, popularly known as Judikay, has announced the birth of her second child, a baby girl.

In a recent Instagram post, Judikay shared her maternity photos with her husband, revealing that their new born was birthed on February 14, 2026.

Disclosing her daughter's name as Shekinah Umechuku Opara, she explained that it means the breath and manifest glory of thr Lord, adding that her daughter is God's gift to her family.

She wrote:
"On the 14th of February 2026, we welcomed our second baby: Shekinah Umechukwu Opara; The Breath and Manifest Glory of the Lord. She is God’s literal love gift to us.

Jesus has the final (scratch that) ONLY say.

The Nigerian Voice recently reported that Judikay in a viral interview series revealed that she has suffered six miscarriages, with the latest being in February 2025. She opened up on the experience, describing it as challenging and painful.
