Nedu Wazobia Equates Financial Buoyancy To Position Of Role Model
Controversial Nigerian media personality Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, professionally known as Nedu Wazobia, has made a strong claim about how financial buoyancy confers important status on an individual.
Nedu made this claim during a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo. Sharing a clip from the video, the former host of the 'Honest Bunch' podcast emphasized that the society has glorified wealth extremely.
He stated that anyone who wants to act as a role model must be financially loaded, or risk lacking recognition.
Touching on societal ills, he further asserted that the lifestyle and rent of many women living in the Lekki area of Lagos State are funded by men.
He said:
"You can’t be a role model when you don’t have money in Nigeria. Most women wey dey live for Lekki, na men dey pay their rent."
