Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami, has shared an update on his state of mind following the burial of his late friend and colleague, Allwell Ademola.

The actor who shares a close bond with the deceased, took to his Instagram page to reveal that that it has been difficult to move on. He, however, stated that despite the difficulty, he will definitely pull through with the help of everyone.

Appreciating everyone, he thanked them for their calls and messages, while praying against such heartbreaking news.

He wrote:
"Moving On seem difficult but I sure will With the help of everyone out here.

A huge thanks to everyone who cares for my wellbeing.

Your calls and messages helped a great deal.
May we not experience such loss again.

The Nigerian Voice reported that the Nollywood industry, particularly the Yoruba movie industry, was thrown into mourning over the death of actress Princess Allwell Ademola, who was announced to have suffered a heart attack which led to her death at the age of 43 on Saturday , December 27, 2025. Many actors and actresses took to their respective social media pages to express their shock at her sudden demise.

The late Allwell Ademola's service of songs was held on Thursday, January 8, and was well-attended by several Nollywood stars, including Wumi Toriola, Iyabo Ojo, Odunlade Adekola, Rotimi Salami, amongst others.
