Popular Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, has opened up on the secret behind his hit song 'Ashawo'.
The award-winning Afrobeats star, while speaking in a recent episode of the Reprezent podcast, stated that the inspiration behind his hit song was drawn from the messy dating scene in Lagos.
He also explained that his relationship life is chaotic, but he thrives with girls, revealing that he finds balance in the female gender.
He said:
“In my song ‘Ashawo’ I was trying to paint a picture of what the dating scene is like in Lagos where I live. It’s a mess.
"It is chaotic. But I thrive with girls. When I’m under pressure, I usually find balance in girls."
