Popular reality star, Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has revealed that choosing herself has made her life different.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate, via her Instagram page stated that she found the true worth of life, somewhere between loss and silence.

According to her, the moment she prioritized herself and stopped searching for love in places that broke her, she found life blooming.

She wrote:
“Somewhere between loss and silence, I found it, the true worth of life, not in riches or noise, but in breath, grace, and being. I stopped searching for love in places that broke me, and found life blooming the moment I chose myself.”
