Veteran Nollywood actor, Dele Odule, has sent a message to the public on the effective way to ignore manipulators.
The actor, via his Instagram page, while warning the public about manipulators, stated that the moment one reacts, they have won.
According to him, the best way to deal with such people is to stay calm and silent, emphasizing that silence destroys a manipulator faster.
He wrote:
"The moment you react, they've already won.
Stay calm, stay still, stay silent, nothing destroys a manipulator faster than being ignored.
