"Let's See Who Wins" - Khaid Hints At Dispute Between Record Label
Nigerian singer Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, better known as Khaid, has hinted that all is not well between him and his record label.
The fast-rising singer, via the popular microblogging platform, X formerly known as Twitter, shared a cryptic post, which suggested an ongoing battle between him and his record label.
He wrote:
"They want control. I want freedom. Let’s see who wins."
Furthermore, the singer urged the new lawyers to delve into the entertainment industry, as there is a lot of work to do.
"These graduating lawyers better be in the entertainment scene. Y’all got work to do. Need me like five. Matter full ground. Time will tell."
Khaid was signed to skitmaker Sydney Talker's record label, NEVILLE records, in 2022, and has since released many hit songs.
