"Your Legacies After Life Are Consequences Of Your Deeds" - Eedris Abdulkareem Slams Politicians Urging Nigerians To Show Sympathy Following Buhari's Death
Legendary Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, has slammed Nigerian politicians for urging the public to show sympathy to the news of the death of the immediate past President of Nigeria, Mohammadu Buhari.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that the death of ex-president, Mohammadu Buhari on Sunday, July 13, was met with immense criticism, and jibes from many Nigerians.
Displeased by the comments of Nigerians, former Senator, Shehu Sani, took to his social media page to urge the public to let the sleeping soul rest.
“A living man is still on trial and cannot judge the dead. Let the sleeping soul rest."
Reacting to the post, Eedris Abdulkareem stressed that anyone who wants sympathy in death must show empathy when alive, adding that one's legacies after life are consequences of one's deeds.
"If you want sympathy in death, then you must show empathy when alive.
“Your legacies after life are consequences of your deeds. Innalilahi wa innalilahi rajuhun."
