"I Didn't Go To Lawrence Oyor For 'No Turning Back' Remix - Gaise Baba Reveals
Nigerian gospel singer, Akinade Ibuoye, popularly known as Gaise Baba, has revealed that his hit remix of 'No Turning Back' with Lawrence Oyor, was initiated by the pastor himself.
Gaise, who has seen a recent surge in his musical career over the past weeks, following the release of the remix of his hit anthem 'No Turning Back' with Lawrence Oyor, made the revelation during a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
According to him, he was not the one who initiated the remix, but Lawrence Oyor, adding that the spirit-filled pastor has a dangerous and ridiculous anointing, which is refined and packaged.
The interview goes thus:
Chude said; “Let’s talk about Lawrence Oyor, and why you went to him for the remix”.
Gaise Baba replied; “I didn’t go to him for the remix. Technically, he came to me for the remix. He loved the song and when we met he was like let’s do something about it, I was surprised.
“He has a dangerous and ridiculous anointing. He’s from an interesting heritage of deliverance ministry, and God has added wisdom to it. So now it is not raw anointing, It’s refined and packaging. There’s wisdom and excellence attached to his raw anointing, and that’s a dangerous combination."
