‎Popular human rights lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has revealed that his senior colleague and popular human rights lawyer and activist, Femi Falana, SAN, made several calls to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, over the arrest of self-acclaimed activist, VeryDarkMan.

‎Recall that following VeryDarkMan's arrest last Friday, Deji Adeyanju, on Monday, criticized Femi Falana for being silent over the unlawful detention of his client.

‎He, however, clarified that contrary to his initial post, Femi Falana, was working behind the scenes - including placing numerous calls to challenge the anti-graft agency over the arrest of VDM.

‎Deji Adeyanju wrote on X:
‎“I have now confirmed that contrary to my previous post the other day that our revered leader and mentor, Femi Falana, SAN, has made several calls to EFCC challenging VDM’s unlawful arrest and detention."
