‎Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Oluwasanmi David Oludipe, professionally known as Spyro, has stated that gospel singers are the same as Afrobeats artistes.

‎The 'Who is your guy' crooner made this claim during a recent episode of Hip TV programme, Trending, hosted by Pascal. He noted that gospel singers are artistes who are in the business of making money just like Afrobeats artistes.

‎"The people that claim to be gospel artists or gospel ministers are just artists -they are in the business to make money just like us in the Afrobeats industry.”
