Veteran Yoruba actress, Lola Idije has come out to stand with her junior colleague, Biodun Okeowo, who debunked rumours of snatching her husband from Lola Idije's daughter.

Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that Biodun Okeowo clarified the air on the rumours that she snatched the husband of the daughter of Lola Idije. She noted that her newly wed husband never knew any of Lola Idije's daughters, while she warned Tosin to desist from spreading such rumour about her.

Reacting to Biodun Okeowo's claim, Lola Idije noted that all the actress said was true, and in fact, she was present at her wedding, which would have been impossible if the rumours were true

She made this known on her Instagram page that she had never spoken to Biodun Okeowo's husband, until a phone call initiated by the actress herself, and none of her daughters know him personally.

“I want to address the story going around since yesterday and to clear the air. The first time I ever spoke to Omoborty’s husband was when she introduced him to me on a phone call. I did not know him before that. None of my daughters know him personally. Biodun, aka Omoborty, did not snatch my daughter’s boyfriend. I attended the wedding. There is no way she would do that and I will still attend the wedding. Thank you and I hope this clarifies everything."
