Bobrisky Files N1 Billion Lawsuit Against VeryDarkMan
Cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has served a N1 Billion lawsuit against self-acclaimed activist VeryDarkMan over the EFCC saga.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that VeryDarkMan, first of all, released a video on the 24th of September accusing Bobrisky of owing a friend the sum of 4 million Naira while threatening to release damning evidence against him if he refused to pay up.
The next video released by VeryDarkMan saw Bobrisky reveal that he paid the sum of 15 million Naira to the EFCC officials for the money laundering charge to be dropped against him.
The leaked audio also suggested that Bobrisky never spent his six-month prison sentence in prison but in an apartment close to the prison through the influence of his godfather and the controller general of prison.
The recording also suggested that Falz and his father, Femi Falana, collected the sum of 10 million Naira to get Bobrisky a presidential pardon.
Reacting to the allegations, Bobrisky, who previously denied the audio, has now filed a 1 billion lawsuit against VeryDarkMan.
The lawsuit which contains 11 crimes including defamation, publishing an AI-generated audio recording alleging that he has slept with politicians and celebrities, an EFCC money laundering charge and a host of others committed against him by VeryDarkMan, ended with a condition of "a written apology published in two national daily newspapers, a video recording of your apology to our client, published on all your social media platforms. An undertaking to desist from reporting, publishing defamatory contents against our client and the payment in favour of our client the sum of N1, 000,000,000 as damages within 24 hours of this later on you via social media or any other means, " a part of the letter reads."
