Popular Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, fondly known as Wizkid, has revealed that his soon to be released album ‘Morayo’ was recorded in memory of his late mother, Jane Morayo Balogun

Recall that Wizkid lost his mother on August 18, 2023 in London, and the singer expressed immense pain over the loss of his mother.

Wizkid took to social media to disclose his plans to release his sixth studio album ‘Morayo' soon.

He said in a video message;
“My album ‘Morayo’, dedicated to my mum, the love of my life, drops very soon. Don’t dull. Don’t sleep.”
