Popular Nollywood actress, Shan George has expressed immense gratitude to many Nigerians who aided in the succesful retrieval of her money from the hands of fraudsers.

Recall that the actress recently made an outcry on social media lamenting how she was scammed of about N3.6 million from her bank account. She pleaded with Nigerians to come to her aid, as that was the only amount she replied on.

Following this, the actress has come out on Instagram live to appreciate the kind gesture of Nigerians who ensured that her money was returned to her account.

She said;
"I had tweeted to attract the attention of the bank or the people in charge. I was asking my bank how many days it would take to get the statement so I tagged them. So this person who targeted me sent me an email and I responded to the mail. So the mail was saying that I could apply for it online on the Zenith website to have it sent to my email. So I'm telling you that the way they took the money away, like alert after alert after alert.”
