Nina Ivy, a Popular reality star has kept her fans and followers anticipating and expectant with her promise to reveal her new body that Is still undergoing a BBl surgery procedure.

The reality star took to her social media page, Instagram to give her followers updates about her surgery.

Note that BBL also know as Brazilian Butt Lift is a specialized fat transfer procedure that augments the size and shape of the buttocks without implants. Excess fat is removed from the hips, abdomen, lower back, or thighs with liposuction, and a portion of this fat is then strategically injected into the buttocks.

Nina Ivy has in a recent post maintained that her fans and followers are already tired of her old body hence prompting her decision to have a sexy shape through BBL.

She however stated that her body is already expressing drastic changes following the bbl.
