Ghanaian Recounts Selling Family Landed Property To Travel Abroad

A Wodaado, a Ghanaian, is currently making headlines after he astounded the public with his gimmick leading to his travel success to the United Kingdom.

Wodaado is a fresh university graduate of Education from one University in Ghana. He resorted to leaving the country to pursue his career abroad. The information about his adventure was covered In a video by SVTV Africa on YouTube.

Wodaado narrated that after his university program, he developed an overpowering desire to leave the country. He further disclosed that he felt impulsive to steal the family's land property to run his Visa. He eventually did that though.

"After I realized that an opportunity had come for me to travel to the UK, I told my mother to give me the land document for safekeeping. I immediately sold the land for ¢90,000 (N5,975,999.96) and used that money to process my visa.”

Speaking further, Wodaado revealed that his father was pleased after he discovered that he had stolen and sold the family's land property. His mother on the other hand was mad at him. She resented him for selling the land.

In the long run, his mother who was initially outrageous became calm owing to the promise to buy another land by wodaado.

"My dad was happy about it, but my mother was very angry. After some time, she forgave me with the condition that I buy a land for the family when I make money"
