Nollywood veteran Offiafulagu Mbaka abandoned a movie set for 2 pieces of meat. On the 29th of May, the macho huge actor who is also presently the Enugu State Chapter Chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria was contracted and paid 100% to play a role in a movie entitled "Wisdom Of The God” 8 days before comencement of shoot.

He joined the set on the 6th of June, being the 2nd day of shoot and after putting on his costume, he demanded for food before recording. Food was served and some minutes later, he summoned the lady who served his food and asked why he should be served with just 2 pieces of meat.

When she explained that she was cooking with a limited budget provided for her, Offia as he is fondly called by friends and fans started shouting and making threats.

The producer, Mrs Agbo who was waiting for him to face the camera after his meal was shocked to hear that he had pulled his costume, dropped his script with the costumier and driven off in his old 1980 Mercedes flat booth model.

The producer was reportedly frustrated at hearing the news and that was the end of work for the day, as every other cast had appearances with him.

Every effort by both cast and crew to re-call him to work claimed abortive. Days later someone else was hired to replace him and until date he has refused to refund the money he was paid, claiming it was for the inconvenience.

Pressure came from the producer, demanding for her money and the actor ran to the Police and reported that his life was being threatened. Presently, the Police in Enugu is investigating this incident that took place at Akpugo town in Nkanu, West local government of Enugu State.
