David Adeleke better known as Davido has sparked reactions on the internet when a video of how he made his millions at 17 hit the social media.

In a recent interview, the "Timeless" crooner opened up on how he got himself an endorsement deal worth millions of naira with one of the biggest telecommunications networks in Nigeria while he was just a teenager.

According to Davido, he was only a 17-year-old boy when he first made his 20 million nairas; besides, MTN was a new telecommunication in Nigeria at the time.

Speaking further, he felt elated when he discovered that only two of his songs landed him such a huge endorsement deal.

Out of ecstasy, he notified his father. His father who was utterly impressed with his achievement build him a music school.

The return from the deal helped him write more songs and fueled the release of his first album.
