Tonto Dikeh, a popular Nollywood actress has left her fans talking particularly about her health after she released a post about her present engagement.

In a latest post, Tonto Dikeh disclosed to her fans about the liposuction surgery that she is undergoing and how she had trivialize the previous one she did.

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery procedure in which excess fat is removed from a specific area by suction.

Shockingly, she disclosed in her tweet that she is undergoing the third liposuction and that she would do the needful after the surgery so that she would not suffer similar fate.

In light of this, fans have expressed concern over the plans of the actress to undergo a third liposuction as they think about her son.

Tonto Dikeh shared a video of herself on her page where she was seen in hospital regalia getting ready to undergo another phase of liposuction.

She captioned her post
, “Advising women who don’t gym after liposuction surgery, she said: “Finally sharing this exciting news l have aggressively tried to burn my stubborn tummy fat, but it has not been easy. After my first Lipo, I was so careless with my healing process and I lost guard on my stomach. So it grew back.

“AND I DECIDED TO GO FOR MY LIPOSUCTION AGAIN.”

However, the video shared by the actress triggered some reactions from her fans who described her third liposuction as risky. Some advised her to think about her son.
