Falz the Bad Guy, a prominent Nigerian rapper and activist, has declared the victors of the "Mr Yakubu Challenge." In March, Falz and his collaborator, Vector, released a track named after the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), titled "Mr Yakubu," to express their views on the recently held 2023 elections.

The song sparked the MrYakubuChallenge, which prompted Nigerians, including celebrities, to exhibit their singing abilities by performing their favorite verses.

Falz later announced that he would team up with Vector to release an extended remix version of "Mr Yakubu," and that the top three entries would feature in his upcoming project.

On Saturday, he revealed the winners of the challenge on his Instagram page, stating that he underestimated the competition and has increased the number of winners to ten, as they were all too excellent to ignore. All winners would feature on the extended remix version of "Mr Yakubu," which is one of the tracks in the Falz x VEC collaboration project that is coming soon.
