After Slamming Asake, CDQ Fires Back At Critics - You Would Not Believe What He Has Again Said
Popular Nigerian rapper, CDQ has got himself in a fierce argument with critics, particularly social media users on a matter bordering on Asake and his new project.
CDQ in a recent post has clarified his original intention following his previous review of Asake's snippet. He spewed solemnly that his previous post on his page should not be taken as hate or jealousy.
This argument sprang from the release of Aske's snippet on all social media platforms. Contrary to the hail social media users showered on Ashake's snippet, CDQ came up with an undermining review. He said the singer is not dynamic, he is using the same sound.
Following his review, social media users have not been taking things easy with CDQ. They continuously dragged and slammed him for spewing such discouraging words on Asake. Recall that one of the social media users identified as SnehQuweenBee said the following words to him:
SneehQueenBee "This is why, despite Bado's effort to help his music career, CDQ has remained an Upcoming artiste since 2014. agba iya"
In light of criticism, CDQ took to his social media again to react to critics' responses. According to the “Nowo E Soke” crooner, he said his review was not borne out of a grudge.
In addition to that, CDQ said categorically that he inspired all artists that are into street music including Olamide, Naira Marley, Remini, sauce, and others.
CDQ wrote, “FYI, CDQ inspired allllllourr favorite artists on this street thing… so thinking I’m hating on one person is d dumbest thing to ever think of. I only dropped comments anyone else would. Count me out of an industry full of hypocrites and eye service… ibiLé Mugabe for a reason.”
