Tension In Delta As A Young Man Collapses, Die In Bank Following A Long Queue
A young man who is yet to be identified has been reported dead in Delta state after standing in duress in a long queue for many hours to get his cash card.
Moreover, it was gathered that the young man visited one of the banks in Delta State at Agbo on Thursday, 2nd February, but, unfortunately he met a massive queue at the bank. He had to wait until his turn.
In a bid to maintain orderliness, he stood for hours, like every other customer, waiting to be attended to by the bank's representative. Shortly afterwards After complaining of pain he slumped and died.
Confirming the incident, Delta state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Bright Edafe stated the obvious.
However, He noted that the deceased was at the bank to collect his Automated Teller Machine card before his unprecedented death .
His words read:
”He was not trying to withdraw cash; he came to collect his ATM card."
