After 20 years of losing husband, Nollywood Actress, Regina Chukwu has revealed how persistent her children are in persuading her to get another husband.

She made this known in an interview with Saturday Beat. According to her, she has promised not to be with any man again because she wants to remain faithful to her long deceased husband. But, it's strange to her that her children are the ones insisting that she remarries.

Recall that Regina one time recounted how she had to move back to her father’s house when she could no longer pay her rent. She also disclosed how uncomfortable she felt when she slept inside a mosquito net.

Her words read partly, “Before now, I had always said that I did not want to remarry. But now, my kids are even worried for me, and they wish I would give love a chance. So, let’s say I am open to anything good.”

Also speaking about her new house, Chukwu revealed that it has been her dream to own a house of her own.

“It had been my dream since the day I had to move back to my father’s house three years after I lost my husband. I thank God the dream has come to pass.

“The drive, for me, has been to see to it that my kids succeed in life, and also make them happy and comfortable.”
