Daddy Showkey to play with U-17 team
Ghetto Soldier, John Asiemo, popularly known as Daddy Showkey, is still showing off, if you understand my drift.
Showkey was recently spotted on Friday last week, at the Ministry of Youths and Sports, Alausa, Ikeja, where, we understand, he had gone in connection with the Under-17 World Cup tournament slated for October.
The grapevine has it that the Ajegunle exponent would be on parade at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, during the match. Yes, Showkey would be in the line-up, not as a player but as one of the musicians to entertain spectators.
So, on the day of the match, if Nigerians can't watch the Flying Eagles, perhaps, owing to dismal performance, they would focus on Showkey for his dancing display.
