"I Find It Insulting For My Husband To Do Kitchen Work" Rev Ajayi
Rev. Abimbola Esther is a philanthropist and a white garment clergywoman. She is the founder of C & S (Iya Adura) London's. She has come out to condemn the culture of husband doing kitchen work.
In a recent video of her giving sermon, she emphatically reiterated that it's wrong for husband to enter the kitchen. She however stated that it's insulting to her that her husband has business in the kitchen.
In this vein she narrated a story that brought her disgust when she learnt that the husband of the house she visited washed the plate he used while the children were there doing nothing.
"My husband Is used to sit down, bring water for washing hand. Me too when I first got to this country.. they were watching ball, Man-u matc, the man was eating, they put tray on his lap... and the man finished eating, he carried the plate and headed to the kitchen. It's was strange to me. I peeped at him in the kitchen; he washed the plate and his children were watching him. In shot time he finished washing... I find it insulting that my husband enter the kitchen."
