Sometime back, rumours went viral that singer, Adekunle Gold and singer, Simi, were having something romantic together but they came out to debunk it.

They have done songs and even rehearsed various singles together yet they claimed nothing hot was between them and they have kept many pondering.

Well, Simi is a year older and while she continues to get good birthday messages from friends and fans, Adekunle Gold yet again decided to pour icing on the cake by admitting that Simi actually gave his life a meaning.

According to Adekunle Gold, “To the girl that deserves every good thing in the world, thank you for giving my life a meaning. Happy birthday babe.”

No wonder in one of his hit singles, ‘Orente,’ he said “Orente no dey complain O,” possibly Simi does not nag or ask him for expensive things like some ladies would do.
