Singer, Timaya, has been able to build a name for himself in the buzzing Nigeria music industry and he has been able to manage his career over the years.

The hustle has indeed been real and he has been a fighter who has been able to identify the part to follow so as to stay on top his game and that has been paying off for him.

Proudly a father of two girls, the singer in a recent chat with Punch newspaper, disclosed that making more money and building an empire is his main priority but for marriage, he is not available at the moment.

He explained that what gives him joy is the fact that he has been truthful to his babymama which is why when she first told him she was pregnant; he had to accept it and promised her not to impregnate other women.

In his words, “I am not getting married soon. My life is a journey. My career is my journey. I didn’t lie to my baby mama when she was pregnant; I told her I wasn’t ready to get married. I never said I wasn’t going to get married. But at the moment, I am not ready. When she told me she was pregnant, I accepted the pregnancy. She told me she hoped I wasn’t going to be like other musicians who had kids from different women. I told her no. My two kids are from same woman. I know what I am doing.”
