Award-winning Nollywood actress and entrepreneur, Funke Akindele-Bello, aka 'Jenifa', recently bore her mind on Nigerians who fake American or British accent just to impress others.

The Omo Ghetto actress who is rumored to be currently pregnant for her newly wedded husband, JJC Skilz, is of the opinion that using fake British or American accent so as to impress is quite ridiculous. Baring her mind on the issue during a recent interview, Funke said “A lot of us want to be western you know, we want to sound like the British and Americans, and we forget our culture.

We forget we are Nigerians and that we have an accent. South Africans are very proud of their accent.”
