Today marks a sad day in the film industry as veteran Nollywood actor, Martins Njubuigbo has passed on.

Njubuigbo or Elder Maya as he is popularly called was reported to have died on Friday.

Elder Maya, who has featured in blockbusters, including Died Wretched and Battle of Musanga, died months after battling a liver related ailment.

Several people including fellow actors have been paying their tributes on social media to the legend.
