Popular Hollywood actor, Brad Pitt, who recently split from his actress and humanitarian wife, Angelina Jolie, has been accused of abusing his children and he is currently under investigation by the US authorities.

This abuse is alleged to be what prompted his 52-year-old wife, Jolie to file for divorce; as he was said to have been verbally and physically abusive to his children.

As a result, Pitt is now being investigated by The Los Angeles Police Department and LA County Department of Children and Family Services.

A source close to Brad tells TMZ says, “He takes the matter very seriously and says he did not commit any abuse of his children.”

“It's unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light.”
