Korede Bello Insist On Releasing Debut Album Under Mavins
Fast rising Nigerian singer, Korede Bello has finally opened up on his contract expiration and renewal with Mavins Records.
According to him, he would renew his contract with Mavin Records, despite not releasing an album yet under the Record label run by producer, Don Jazzy.
The 'Godwin' crooner stated this during an interview with TheNETng, making it known that he is not ready to quit Mavin Records anytime soon. “Of course I will renew, Mavin is like a family to me,” he confidently said.
“If you're going by that, it's not just a year deal, it's album deals. That's to tell you that what we're operating on is not just what people think it is. That I haven't released an album in three years doesn't mean that I'll leave.
“I'm definitely still under Mavin Records. A lot of songs on my album will be produced by Don Jazzy, Altims, Baby Fresh. So it's a Mavin Records' project.” He said.
It could be recalled that Korede, alongside Reekado Banks and Di'Ja, signed three-year deals with Mavin in February 2014. However, he is yet to release an album since he joined the recording label.
