The first leg of the annual nationwide concert, Star Music Trek kicked off to a flying start in Markurdi, Benue State on Saturday, September 10, 2016.

The show kicked off at about 9pm with ace comedian and MC, Gbenga Adeyinka on stage getting the mammoth crowd ready for what turned out to be a great night of fun. On the wheels was DJ Neptune and DJ Big N with back to back hit songs before the super stars hit the stage. From Cynthia Morgan to Burna Boy to Ice Prince Zamani, the superstars ensured Star Lager, ‘My City Rocks’ themed concerts was a success. Not forgetting former Mo’Hits star, Wande Coal’s performance before 2face Idibia wrapped up the show with a classic 1hour live performance that ended at exactly 5am.
