Beyoncé postpones #FormationWorldTour
Just few days after enjoying her highly intense birthday celebrations , Beyoncé, announced on Monday that her September 7 Formation World Tour show at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey would be postponed!
According to the statement which was posted on the stadium’s website, the “Formation” star was forced to call off the show for medical reasons. The statement explained:
“As a result of strict doctor’s orders for vocal rest, Beyoncé’s highly anticipated New York city area Formation World Tour date in E. Rutherford previously scheduled for this Wed. September 7th at MetLife Stadium has been postponed until Friday, October 7th.”

Awww. So, Queen Bey is human after all. Seeing as how the 35-year-old pop icon just celebrated her birthday, we think the singer deserves a bit of a break — especially if she’s willing to make it up to her fans later on!
The post also made sure to let fans know that if they already had tickets, they will be honored at the new show as well as any of the rest of the singer’s upcoming tour dates! If for some reason, none of those options work for you, refunds are also available.
Of course, the statement wrapped up by adding:
“Live Nation and Parkwood Entertainment apologize for any inconvenience.”
