SEEMINGLY the most sought after musician in Nigeria, popular gospel tungba crooner, Yinka Ayefele has upped his status with the completion of a N400 million office complex in Ibadan.

The office housed a well equipped office rooms for all his staff and a modern video and audio studios for personal and commercial purposes.

The property which is located around Falana area of Ibadan also has two halls- a 1200 and 1500 audience capacity halls repectively.

To fulfill his childhood ambition of owning a radio station that will be different in programme contents and programme presentation, Ayefele also created a space to house his FM station. Dubbed Fresh FM, the new station, still undergoing consideration at the National Broadcasting Commission(NBC), “is going to revolutionise broadcasting in Nigeria,” he said.

“I have a way of doing my own thing; I want the best and I always go for the best..the FM will be the best in terms of contents, mode of presentation and general broadcasting..” said Ayefele, who was once a broadcaster.
