One time gospel singer of the defunct Acapella gospel group, 6Team, now a cinematographer, Joel Benson, has been kidnapped.

 The singer was kidnapped at his home in Ibafo Mowe in Ogun state on Sunday July 10th after he was robbed in the presence of his wife and children.

After the robbery incident, he was taken along and was made to call his phone where he told his wife that a ransom needs to be paid before he could be released or risk being killed.

According to reports, the Kidnappers are asking for the sum of N50 million before they can release him.
