Rita Ora dumps Roc Nation for Atlantic Records UK

By NFC

British singer, Rita Ora who was formerly signed to Jay Z's Roc Nation label, dumped the label to sign a record deal with Atlantic Records UK.

The move was expected as the singer and the label have not really been on good terms since 2015 when she filled a lawsuit against Roc Nation and was countersued by the label in early 2016.

She was also under attack by Beyonce's fans, when Bey released her much awaited Lemonade single, which was well appreciated by many, as it talked about deeps issues that might have transpired in her life.

Many were of the opinion, that the other woman referred to in Beyonce video, was Rita Ora, and she was tongue lashed and accused of having an affair with Jay z.

The exited singer took to her page to share the good news. She wrote:' I'm so thankful to my new Atlantic Records family and first Access management for all their support and encouragement! The next chapter is going to be incredible!'

Her new label also represent top notch artiste like, Ed Sheeran, Birdy and Marina and the Diamonds. Roc Nation is yet to say anything regarding her exit.
