Entertainment industry becoming a grave yard?

With much difficulty I try to phantom the reason behind the death incident happening in Nigeria entertainment sector.

Are these a mere coincidence? The industry has lost quite a number of talented individuals who has contributed in one way or the other to the growth of the industry.

Why are our entertainers dying like hens? Is the industry becoming a grave yard with the number of death recorded thus far?

As it is, people are wondering what is really happening, some entertainers are living in fear, as no one knows what would end up happening next.

If you can recall, sometime last year, there was a prediction by popular pastor, Chris Okotie, who said the year 2016 will wash away so many entertainers.

In his words: “I saw more prominent faces in the entertainment industry marked down for death, this evil days has also been given for it to happen, this will be made possible because lot of the players in this sector are allowing the devil in their life style, they taught they are looking for ways to be famous not knowing that they are signing agreement with the devil, because what surely has beginning must surely have end. But with prayers God can intervene on their behalf.”

When the prophesy surfaced, am sure many of us doubted the authenticity of it, but right in our faces, our entertainers are been taken before their prime by the cold hands of death.

Some were also involved in ghastly accident that almost took their lives, but they miraculously survived.

Some who lost their lives in year 2016 includes, Olamide Daniel, Henrietta Kosoko, Mike Odiache, Dede one day, Arakangudu, Festus Aguebor, Stephen Keshi and Joseph Audu to mention a few.

This is a wake-up call to entertainers that the industry needs urgent prayers, to stop the evil perpetuating into the industry.
