Heart break has gradually turned into a way of life. Practically every human has gone through a heart break at one stage or the other of our lives.

It either breaks you, define or make you stronger. But, that has to do with individual way of handling the situation.

Ace OAP, Eku Edewor, recently shared a post that suggested she is nursing a broken heart and fighting hard to let go.

She wrote: ''when you finally let go of the past, something better comes along. When you hold unto things thinking they are keeping you afloat, when in reality they are holding you back or shielding you from your next opportunity or blessing. Letting go is hard, but one can't look in the rear view mirror when one needs to be focused on the road ahead of them. Though I'm not referring to my personal relationship, but it does apply.''
