Fred Amata takes over as President of Directors Guild of Nigeria
Nollywood actor,Fred Amata or do we say 'The Son Of Devil star' has taken over the leadership of the Directors Guild of Nigeria as its president after a fierce contest? He had defeated Lancelot Imasuen, Dickson Iroegbu and Kingsley Omefe. He has been sworn in on Friday, April 8, 2016 alongside other elected member of the national executive of the guild like Mike Ogunwusi (VP), Ugezu Ugor (Secretary), Uchenna Agbo (Ass. Secretary) and Oduala Taiwo (P.R.O).
He took his oath of office, which was administered by Babatunde Ogala at the Ojez Lounge situated inside the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos. Those in attendance include Mathias Obahiagbon and Andy Amenechi, Ejike Asiegbu, TAMPAN president, Dele Odule, ANTP president, Pa. Ashaolu, Ralph Nwadike, Paul Obazele, Charles Novia, Charles Nnojie, Zik Zulu Okafor, Lancelot Imasuen, Koko Yibo, Franca Brown, Keppy Bassey Ekpenyong, Kingsley Omoefe, Collins Onwochei and Dj Tee
