Popular social crusader and singer, Charles Oputa better known as Charly Boy, was a guest on TVC programme your view where he spoke about his upbringing and how he struggled to become a man he is today.

Speaking about his personality, the singer stated that he does not live a life of hypocrisy but that of freedom to do whatever he wants without any form of hindrance.

He further noted that he does not take drugs anytime he falls ill because he finds it very difficult to swallow such things as drugs.

According to him, “My life is that of freedom, I am not a hypocrite and least I forget I don't take drugs when I am sick, I find it difficult to take pills and generally I do what makes me feel good.”
