There is jubilation for Ibinabo Febrisima's family, friends, fans and well wishers as she has been granted bail by an Appeal Court sitting in Lagos. The Appeal court granted the actress bail pending the determination of a suit filed by her at the Supreme court.

Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur has made it clear that the appeal was shallow and lacked merit.

Ibinabo was recently sentenced to five year in jail for the accident that killed Giwa Suraj, because of her reckless driving that resulted in a fatal accident.

We now await the judgment of the Supreme court.
