Nollywood actor and Lagos state legislator, Desmond Elliot, turned 42 today, and staff at the Lagos state House of Assembly threw him a surprise birthday party.

Not many will get to the office to meet such a surprise package but the actor's work as a politician is actually speaking for him as staff at the office showed him what it means to be loved by all.

The actor after a tight busy schedule very early in the morning got to the office and was gifted with lovely designed cakes to celebrate his birthday.
