The newly crowned Olu of Warri has recently reaffirmed the title of the Akulagba of Warri on Chief Ayiri Emani after a legitimate process was carried out again.

The process is said to be one which all the chiefs under the Olu must go through to legitimize their title as a symbol of a new era.

The Olu gave his blessings to the Akulagba and charged him to continue his good work and have the interest of the Itsekiri nation above any other interest.

Ayiri known for his philandtropic life would be recalled that he played a major role in ensuring that veteran Reggae singer, Majek Fashek, got the best rehabilitation in the country as he ensured that his bills were all cleared and he was well taken care of.
