Ini Edo, Uche Jombo, Others Campaign For NOUN
Nollywood stars, who are brand ambassadors for the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) have kicked off a campaign for the institution for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The celebrities include Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Francis Duru, Sani Danja, Doris Simeon, Chioma Chukwuka, Uche Jombo, and Okey Ezugwu and were offered admission into the school in 2014.
NOUN embarked on the style of branding by making use of popular faces in the movie industry in Nigeria to sell itself.
While Sani Danja got a scholarship to study Peace and Conflict Resolution, Doris Simeon was offered the chance to study English Language. Francis Duru is pursuing a course in Peace and Conflict Resolution, Ini Edo for Law, while Chioma Chukuka and others are studying other courses.
